What happens after setup payment
After payment, we review your submitted form, confirm field requirements, run a kickoff with your team, and deliver your first production form. Then we send your monthly service billing link.
Billing, cancellation, and access
Pay setup to begin. Monthly service billing is shared with you after setup is confirmed. No refunds are provided after payment is submitted. You can stop service anytime. Your Google Sheets access remains permanent, and hosted forms stop working one week after service end.
