Service model

SecureForm.dev is a managed service. We convert forms, deploy hosted form workflows, and maintain the operational stack according to your selected plan.

Billing

• Setup payment starts implementation work
• Recurring service billing begins after setup confirmation
• No refunds after payment submission

Cancellation

You can stop service at any time. Customer Google Sheets access remains available. Hosted forms stop working one week after service ends unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide lawful and accurate form requirements
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Avoid abusive traffic or malicious content submissions

Support and Changes

Support response and change turnaround depend on plan tier and request complexity. Major new scope may require a revised quote.
